MNHBP membership and sponsorship options give Minnesota hemp beverage manufacturers and Minnesota-made beverage brands a unified, influential voice.

Eligibility and Support Options

MNHBP relies on member and sponsor support. Please exceed the minimum suggested amounts whenever possible to strengthen our advocacy work.

Voting Members (Suggested minimum: $750)

Hold a valid Minnesota OCM Low-Potency Hemp Edible Manufacturer License.
Manufacture hemp beverages in Minnesota.
Agree to abide by MNHBP bylaws and remain current on dues.

Associated Members (Non-voting) (Suggested minimum: $300)

Own a hemp beverage brand manufactured in Minnesota.
Partnered with a Voting Member that confirms Minnesota production.
Agree to abide by MNHBP bylaws and remain current on dues.

Featured Sponsors (Suggested minimum donation: $1,000)

Support MNHBP advocacy with a meaningful sponsorship contribution.
Complete the application form so we can confirm your organization and contact.

Basic Sponsors (Suggested minimum donation: $50)

Make a donation at any level to support the mission.
Complete the application form so we can confirm your organization and contact.

Rights & Responsibilities

Voting Members: one vote per company on matters before the membership.
Associated Members: participate in meetings, committees, and discussions; no voting rights.
All members: maintain dues, provide accurate compliance information, and support MNHBP’s mission.

How to Apply

Confirm you meet the eligibility criteria above.
Complete the online form below with accurate licensing and product details.
Associated Members: list your sponsoring manufacturer.
Submit the form to generate an email to info@mnhbp.org for processing.
Pay the amount for your membership or make a donation with Paypal, Venmo, CC or other payment methods.
